Trust is an unmet market need

A few weeks ago I delivered a talk about the importance of ‘Trust’ in product design at the Internet Events talk titled ‘Manipulating Online Social Media’.

I have been thinking about Trust as a product attribute for years, so it was good to put some of these thoughts together into a presentation as link it to the role of product management.

It is a concept that is becoming even more important with the explosion of person to person connectivity via social networks.
