Brainmates is pleased to introduce a new training course entitled “Social media for product managers”
Social media is a hot topic with pundits, experts and commentators all proclaiming it to be one of the biggest changes that business has seen.
Product Managers are recognising that Social Media can be applicable for more than simply promoting a product or service. It can be used throughout the entire product management process, from ideation through to market opportunity analysis; from product development to launch and ongoing management.
This course outlines practical ways that Product Managers can realise benefits that Social Media provides. Unlike other Social Media courses, this intensive course provides a product management centric background to the applicability of Social Media. It introduces the four functional applications of Social Media and illustrates these concepts using practical exercises and Australian and New Zealand case studies.
Participants will learn more about the opportunities and the challenges that Social Media presents and will leave the day having outlined the first concepts for their own social media plan.
The first course will take place in the Brainmates office in the Sydney CBD on 29th November 2010.
